Nothing beats the excitement as the battle for your lot intensifies on the auction floor. At Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions we guide you through the entire buying process, of course if you have any questions not answered below, just send us an email over on our contact page.
In PersonIf attending the auction, you will be asked for proof of identity and address. Please keep your bidder's number (paddle) and show it to the auctioneer if a lot is knocked down to you.
By TelephoneCall 0116 243 6922 if you wish to bid by telephone - please do so at least 24 hours before the auction.
StorageAll lots will be stored free of charge at the buyer's risk for two weeks, after which charges begin to accrue.

Live Online BiddingLive online bidding can be performed via the-saleroom.com. There is a 4.95% (+VAT) surcharge for bids placed through the-saleroom.com. There is a 3% (+VAT) Internet surcharge bidding directly by the website, alternatively bidding via Easy Live Auctions incurs a flat fee of £3.
Buyer's PremiumAntiques Auctions - The Buyers Premium is charged at premium of 21% (plus VAT) with a £5 per lot minimum commission, in addition to the hammer price. General Auctions - The Buyers Premium is charged at premium of 17.5% (plus VAT) with a £2 per lot minimum commission, in addition to the hammer price.
PackingBuyers are asked to make their own arrangements for collection. |
